Osterville Historical Museum Membership has its Benefits...
Join us, and help preserve Osterville's wooden boats, artifacts, photograph collection, and educational programs.
We invite you to join us by becoming a member and discover the benefits your local Museum has to offer. Membership dues help us in our vital mission to preserve Osterville's history through the preservation of wooden boats, an extensive collection of artifacts, and a large photograph collection. Dues also ensure outreach to the community by way of educational programs and student internships.
Since 1931, Osterville Historical Museum's mission is to be "a great, small museum, bringing local history and people together." We take pride in our work to preserve and invite you to share in our mission to safeguard Osterville's history as a place that is so very special to us all.

Invest in the future of the Osterville Historical Museum and preserve the seaside village that we all know and love. Planned gifts take many forms — from donations of cash, securities, life insurance, retirement assets, and real estate to bequests of important artifacts.
Make a Planned GiftDonate to the Collections
We welcome donations of artifacts, photographs, documents, and other items that reflect the history of Osterville. Each potential donation is carefully reviewed by our curatorial team to ensure it aligns with the Museum's mission and collecting scope.
We are especially interested in items connected to local families, wooden boatbuilding and the Crosby legacy, maritime trades, early village life, and the people and places that have shaped Osterville over the years.
If you have an object or collection you would like the Museum to consider, please reach out before sending or dropping off any items so we can discuss the donation process with you.
Please reach out to Executive Director, Jennifer Morgan Williams at jen@ostervillemuseum.org
