We welcome children of all ages. We have many activities to choose from. A fan favorite is our Kids' Detective Club. It includes a scavenger hunt throughout all three campus buildings and is ongoing during museum hours. As kids explore, they find several educational interactive displays to work with. From celestial navigation to ship designs and sailor's valentines, kids have fun and learn something along the way. Every Friday in July & August, join us for our Children's Story Hour. Ages 4 to 6 begins at 10 a.m. and ages 7 and up starts at 11 a.m. We read stories about life in a small coastal New England village.
