Fourth Friday Summer Lecture Series - In partnership with Books by the Sea. Lecture at 11 a.m. followed by book signing:
September 24 - Martin Sandler - Lost in Time; Unforgettable Stories That History Forgot

Village Market Day - Saturday, October 2 - Part of "Fall for the Arts" Cape-wide program. A day long celebration (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) with artists, & colonial craftsmen. Scavenger hunt for families throughout the village. Schooner Tales: a screen play reading chronicling the end of the coastal schooner era. Call for reservations.

2nd Annual Festival of Trees - December 10 & 11 - Held during Village Stroll, a viewing of spectacular decorated trees and silent auction, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.




Osterville Farmer's Market - every Friday during the season - Join us from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. for locally grown vegetables, fruits, and herbs, as well as breads, jams, honey, and more. E-mail our Market Manager for more details.

Walking Tours - every Saturday in August - Join us from 11 a.m. until noon.

Children's Story Hour - every Friday in August- The Museum holds a Story Hour for ages 4 to 6 at 10 a.m., and ages 7 and up at 11 a.m. Kids love to hear stories about life in a small coastal New England village. Join us for this fun event and then learn to make a sailor's valentine or explore our boat shop before you go...
